The location changed to 40230 US Hwy 27 N Davenport, FL 33837 as of August 24, 2020, but most patients with appts on August 31, 2020 were not made aware of this. My younger brother had a 7 am appt for a lab for school so we we arrived (at the old location) at 6:30 am just in case there was a COVID-19 related line. Thankfully we also went in early to which a worker clearing out informed us of the location change and gave us an info sheet. I always go with an appointment but this last time I forgot to do the appointment so I went online and did a walk in now at 10:55am. I arrived the lab and did the self check in scanning the QA Code the system sent me by text message. I choose the option to wait outside and they are supposed to call you. At 11:35am I went to check the screen and said 9 mins of wait. Then I checked again at 12:00pm and said 68mins of wait. I thought how is this posible? They didn’t call me and I missed my turn? This location keeps you waiting in the lobby for an Exuberant amount of time. After waiting an hour they called me in a told me they were having computer problems so they told be to go back to the lobby that they would call me back. They forgot about me and when I asked the personal to please sign in and wait another hour. Just for a urine test. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Very unhealthy place, too many patients in the waiting room next to each other, and some kids not even wearing mask, and no one to asking them to step outside if you they don't have seat and ask moms to make their kids wear masks. Unhealthy as a laboratory. I even told them to do something about it, but seams no one care from nurses that works there.
