Please beware of a worker by the name of Karen at this location. She is rude , insensitive and did not even try to rectify a scheduling issue with one their affiliate companies. She refused to offer any resolution. Terrible customer experience for a first time visit, she just stared at me like she saw a ghost!
They are known for not properly billing insurance and then forcing you to pay much higher then what you should have too. Medical billing should not be done improperly. If your staff can’t handle it, hire new people or have them go back to a community college and earn an updated medical billing certificate.

Karen did her usual Wonderful job taking my blood yesterday morning... Didn't even feel a prick, a pinch or anything! Makes me not mind so much that my doc has me get this done at least once or twice a year... :)
