Everytime I come here, I've never had an bad experience. Dana and the rest of the staff are very professional with what they do.
The phlebotomist was extremely nice. I felt bad because I was running about 5 minutes late, but she told me it was not a big deal. She made sure I was comfortable and iced my arm after, because she felt like there might be bruising. But no bruising and she did an amazing job at drawing my blood.
Tina was amazing! Great chair side manner and phenomenal phlebotomy skills. She provided a 100% pain free experience.
Fast and efficient service.
Not the best place for urinalysis. You have to make an appointment to pee in a cup, so hopefully you have your bladder on schedule. You can go on standby but, disclaimer, you can have a really long wait. They have a window, but it is not staffed; so good luck trying to talk to anyone if you have any questions. The only method to sign in is through an electronic sign in kiosk.
