Melissa, was pleasant, professional, and thorough. I am always a little apprehensive when someone is drawing my blood. She was OUTSTANDING!!
The ladies who did the blood draw on my son were wonderful! I was apprehensive, because he is only 8 months old, but they were so sweet and very efficient. I didn't want this to be a traumatic experience for him, because he's too little to understand what is going on, but they were kind and it was over quickly.
Their nurse who did my blood draw, didn't even hurt. I;ve done over a 1000 blood draws and infusions, and this is the first time I have felt not terrified of a needle.
