Quest and this location always provide outstanding service. The Check In Procedure is so easy (especially using the Mobile check in). Their people are always great and today Deborah/Debbie was outstanding and efficient. Kudos to Quest.
Check in was very easy with mobile check in. I had an appointment and was taken in a few minutes early. It’s typically difficult to find my veins. Kim told me she was an expert with difficult veins. She was right! She did a fantastic job. My blood draw was quick and painless. She was also so sweet! I had an excellent experience, and I really appreciate how easy the whole process was. A special thank you to Kim!
Rena was great! She talked to me the whole time as I get nervous and dizzy when having my blood drawn. Absolutely appreciate her accommodating me! Will go back to this location again!
My phlebotomist was kind and did her job very well. The waiting room is extremely unpleasant to be in. The TV is playing advertisements extremely loud in this small room. I waited in the quiet hall and I could still hear it playing.
The technician was very skillful and gentle. I barely felt the stick. Check-in was fast and easy and the wait time was short.
