The staff was completely professional and caring. I was in and out in a short amount of time. The office was very clean and neat.
I walked in and waited for my labs to be drawn, towards the end of the day at 3:30. The staff member on site locked the door behind me and purposefully did not service me. I just got left waiting in the waiting room while the staff member knew it as there and turned off the lights and left the office. I can’t believe the office staff can just leave patients in the waiting room while their computer system shows someone is waiting and leave the office!!!! Martha was a fantastic service provider. This is a very good location. I highly recommend it!
Arrived 5 minutes late for my 3:40pm appointment after not being able to find a parking spot and they locked the door. I fasted all day and never got in. No one even came to the door after repeated knocking. I waited until 4pm when someone finally came out and she said they lock the door 10 mins before closing (3:50pm) but I told her it was 3:45pm when I arrived and it was locked. Never coming back to this one. Going to the Avocado location next week.
