I had a great experience at Quest on Baker & Fairview in Costa Mesa. I got in on time and the phlebotomist was excellent. I'm a hard stick and have veins that hide and it can be very stressful but she got it on the first stick. She was very professional and also very friendly. She made me feel very comfortable - a great experience!
Excellent service
I must’ve picked a slow morning when I scheduled labs for Presidents Day, as I was second in the waiting room and second to go in. The tech was really good. She asked a few hobby questions and while she had me talking she drew without any discomfort. While the distraction is welcome, the fact she didn’t bruise me with my rolling veins is a testament to her phlebotomy skill.
Very convenient (close to home) and very helpful when I had forgotten paperwork at home. I love this location!
