If this review option had a negative 5 , I would have chosen that number to describe the billing department for Quest . It is absolutely the worst to try and rectify a bill and to have anyone contact you as the call back describes falling into the queue. The billing department is WORK-SHY, when it comes to their responsibility. Instead of submitting the claims to the reputable OHI, the billing department constantly harass the patient by sending them the bill. Quest charged $170 for a $16 blood test. You be the judge.
Quest continues to bill me for services covered by Medicare, and when trying to reach them, they never come to phone. Say twenty minutes wait, then never pickup. Filed three online complaints with evidence of Medicare payment, but still continue to bill. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Will report to attorney general in State of NJ where they are based.
