I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for my mother. We arrived 10 minutes prior to her 12:00 appointment. At 12:15 I decided to knock on the glass door to see how much longer it would take. The phlebotomist was very annoyed with me and gave me a dirty look. People in the waiting room saw this. I told her that my mother is a diabetic and has been fasting for this blood test. The woman gave me a lame excuse and then magically took my mother in right away.
