I’m currently sitting in your waiting room. I’ve been here for 20 minutes. My appt. was 5 minutes ago. There are 6 people ahead of me. Not one person has gone in to have blood drawn. No one has come out to tell us what’s going on. Note to mgmt. when your staff calls out, you need to roll up your sleeves and help out. Just another crappy company that’s all about the money and not the customers.
Impossible to get anyone on the phone no matter what number you call-
Horrible corporation. They have the WORST billing department in the world. They charge you before they know what you owe. Then if you owe more then they charged, they send you a bill. Problem is, this all takes 3 months to happen, so good luck having all of your stuff to dispute anything. There billing representative, informs you, that you are wrong, no matter what.
Working with quest has been incredibly painful and frustrating. About 1/3 of the time I call customer service, the phone call simply goes quiet and then disconnects when it's my turn. About 1/3 lab tests that I've had run were run incorrectly or were not performed due to lab problems like incorrect temperature, incorrect medium collected by a quest location, or too much time passes and sample is no longer viable. this review is for Quest Diagnostics customer service, not for Quest Diagnostics patient service. Doctor order somehow stopped showing in my MyQuest even though Quest agent could see it in their system. They could not fix it to show, so that I could click the "Schedule now" next to it like before. Chat automaton was unhelpful. Chat agent after a quick hello said order had expired when it had not, then ended chat before issue was addressed.
