Terrible service. I had an appointment and when I showed up 10 minutes late because of horrible traffic I was made to be a “walk in”. After waiting an hour to be seen, the technician asked for a copy of my order form and I showed her a digital copy with all the details. She had me email her a copy and stated I had to “wait for her to receive the email” before I could be seen. She then called someone else ahead of me despite already being there with digital order in hand. I have gone to Labcorp and they accept digital copies ... read more
It was easy and helpful to make an appointment online and to sign in electronically upon arrival. The technician was friendly, did a great job about explaining the tests and overall did an excellent job!
Efficient when you have an appt.
Check-in is fast and easy. Wait times are not accurate. Appointment at 1:10 and got called in at 1:30. You should definitely make an appointment. I saw many people bringing up that walk ins was taking too long. The lab tech was extremely nice and efficient. She was awesome, was able to draw my blood quickly and easily.
