I had a great experience in this place. Fast and professional!
I wish I can give this place 0 stars they are not helping the waiting list people at all, and very rude on answering if you have a question. I was the first on the waitlist and I had to wait for 2 hours. They have a lot of people working and I believe they should have at 1 person taking care of the waitlist and others taking care of the appointments. I’ve been there few times so far terrible experience and 0 communication.
The entire process has been a very pleasant experience. From making the appointment, to clicking a link on my phone to check-in, to the minimal wait times to the professionalism of the technician.
Your website is horrible, you can not get appointments nor can you sign-up/in forcing me to become a walk-in at 6:30 in the morning due to the inability to get an appt and i still had an hour wait. Fix your website!
