Worst quest ever! I had a 9:30 am appointment. I scheduled received a text on my phone to check in which I did. I waited 20 minutes and my name did not get called. I asked the lady kindly about my appointment because everyone who had a 9:30 have gone. She said she never had me on the schedule but I clearly showed her the text. They placed me on the standby line. I explained that I found it unfair especially since I came on time. No empathy no care no nothing. I left the place. Absolutely horrible.
It takes the same amount of time with an appointment to simply drop off a urine sample.
I only had to wait 13 minutes past my appointment time. The Phlebotomist was efficient and professional
Truly this was a Nightmare. They make the DMV look like Disneyland compared to them. Waiting room is too small, not even chairs and hot like they don’t know what an AC is. Even with an appointment you’re still going to be waiting forever even if you show up early.
