My technician, Nancy, was excellent, friendly, and informative. Best I've had yet!
I got lucky and was able to schedule an appointment day of! I went on a Thursday afternoon and it was very quiet. Only one other person waiting with me. I had nurse Angie and she is an actual Angel. No one likes needles but she talked me distracted I didn’t even feel it. Love her! Great service
Great service with appointments, awesome staff. Conveniently located.
Terrible service. I had an appointment and when I showed up 10 minutes late because of horrible traffic I was made to be a “walk in”. After waiting an hour to be seen, the technician asked for a copy of my order form and I showed her a digital copy with all the details. She had me email her a copy and stated I had to “wait for her to receive the email” before I could be seen. She then called someone else ahead of me despite already being there with digital order in hand. I have gone to Labcorp and they accept digital copies ... read more
It was easy and helpful to make an appointment online and to sign in electronically upon arrival. The technician was friendly, did a great job about explaining the tests and overall did an excellent job!
