My lab tech was quite pleasant but the tech next to her was quite rude I didn’t see the board or knew quite how it worked since it was my first time there
The medical professionals who helped me (I think the lady was named Lika, I apologize if it's not correct!) were very compassionate and knew how to help a troubled patient. Thank you so much for being so professional, accommodating, and caring.
Waited over an hour after my appointment to pee in a cup while walk-ins were serviced before me.
