In a building with other offices, many unmasked people entering and on stairs to other businesses within building. Defeats Quests safety rules. Not Quests fault but.......
Horrible experience, I went there my appointment was at 12:45 pm . I walked in there , mind you I did all my applications and submitted my insurance online . The lady submitted my paperwork 3 times and was requesting $91 when I only have $15 co pay . Nobody was able to double check or help out . All they did was give me my paperwork back and said if you can’t afford it sorry . Which that’s not the case . I called my insurance and te checked and I’m cover 100% with a copay of $15 . THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE TO TALK TO ANYONE. THIS IS A DISGUSTING PRACTICE TO NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE RAPIDLY WITH QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. I'M GOING TO CHANGE LABS BECAUSE OF THIS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE RIGHT WAY TO DRAW BLOOD FOR AN AMMONIA TEST. IDIOTS. SHAME ON YOU.
My daughter is 7 years old and so afraid to have her blood drawn but I was so happy when I brought her in Quest Diagnostics Prospect Avenue location. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they got her blood first poke Thanks Julijana and the rest of the crews.
@quest diagnostics worst lab ever!!!!! Took two kids there today, techs poked them numerous times, couldn't get blood drawn and then realized they had NO MORE NEEDLES. I'm speechless. Let w crying kids and no blood!!! #boycottquestlabs
