Terrible here. The lab techs are always rude and so unhelpful. They can NEVER locate my lab work and it forces me to have to call my doctors just for them to say they have sent them already. I swear they lie and say they don’t have them even though they did. She makes things more difficult than they need to be. Every time I go there she has an issue with something. Truly the worst location and Quest needs to have corporate investigate it.
My experience was excellent. As a first time patient, I found the location to be excellent, the registration process had been explained before I arrived and also on a tutorial on site. The phlebotomist was very professional and experienced. I feel confident in recommending this business to others.
Awful facility. Not even sure they now how to draw blood. They work slower than the DMV - and that’s saying something.
Quick, easy and right on time, tech was knowledgeable and friendly :)
Rude argumentive , your typical staff at this level of med. techs.
