April does NOT give a shit about her patients!! They have never offered me any kinds of treatments but shot and/or surgery. No chiropractic, Physical Therepy...NOTHING! I feel like she is only there for the money!! I will NEVER go back to that place. I called to make an appt because I haven't heard from them for awhile and when I call they said that I have been released on my last appt. Terrible service. They let me sit in the waiting room for over 30 min and they were all in the back laughing just for me to find out they weren’t “accepting any appointments” at 11:00am on a Tuesday with no one in line.
Not a good walk in place. If you are booking through an app etc.., you might want to call instead the lab tech leaves for the day at any given time. Being sent here after fasting for 12 hours was a nightmare. She wasn’t there and all Quests close from 1-2pm during the day so I either had to wait another hour or try again another day. Wasted my lunch break. I can’t comment on the service but I do think this location should mark themselves as appointment only. I didn't have an appointment and was a walk in. Check in was super easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in between other patients' appointments. The whole process took less than 30 min. The draw only took 2 min tops! Thank you!
Had to go here for an exam. Front desk person was extremely rude.
