The location on Savage Rd. Is an absolute joke! The lab tech is so rude and lazy! She is the worst lab tech I have ever met and I work in healthcare. She tries to close early every day! Lazy lazy! Rude and disrespectful!
It was quite unusual for me because there wasn't a front desk, only an A.I Touchscreen Pad to log you in. And even though I arrived early, I still wasn't seen until me appointed time. Computers are taking over.
April does NOT give a shit about her patients!! They have never offered me any kinds of treatments but shot and/or surgery. No chiropractic, Physical Therepy...NOTHING! I feel like she is only there for the money!! I will NEVER go back to that place. I called to make an appt because I haven't heard from them for awhile and when I call they said that I have been released on my last appt.
