No stars. I made an appointment and forgot the date and don't have a confirmation number. Stuck in voicemail hell for about 45 minutes. To no avail. Cant talk to a real person and when I pick the schedule/make/change appointments option they cannot send me to a representative stating it cannot possibly send me to a representative. The options don't have anywhere to get a real person so frustrated and still have not been able to talk. I need to know when the appointment is. No real person options!
