The parking on site is paid parking (handicap is free). The system was down, and my order could not be retrieved. I was advised that a printed order would be required in order to know exactly what my labs were. Systems fail, and that is not necessarily the problem. the issue with this location is the woman behind the counter was very rude while informing me and several people who walked in at the same time about the system being down, just the worst customer service possible. Surprised this location has any stars. They don’t have a contingency plan. I arrived on time for my appointment and was informed that their system is down and they can’t take anyone unless we brought our printed lab order. I asked why they didn’t call or inform me via email or text about this as people take time out of their day and away from work to make the appointment. They made excuses and told me to go to another location that takes walk-ins. Who brings around a printed lab order nowadays?

I went in there today for a pre employment test. The lady at the desk didn’t say hi she just says “what do you want?” So I tell her I’m there for an appointment and she says “like I said what do you want?” Apparently their servers were down but her attitude was ridiculous. She could’ve politely told me this instead she chose to be rude. Honestly I will never be coming here again.
