Surprised this location has any stars. They don’t have a contingency plan. I arrived on time for my appointment and was informed that their system is down and they can’t take anyone unless we brought our printed lab order. I asked why they didn’t call or inform me via email or text about this as people take time out of their day and away from work to make the appointment. They made excuses and told me to go to another location that takes walk-ins. Who brings around a printed lab order nowadays?
I went in there today for a pre employment test. The lady at the desk didn’t say hi she just says “what do you want?” So I tell her I’m there for an appointment and she says “like I said what do you want?” Apparently their servers were down but her attitude was ridiculous. She could’ve politely told me this instead she chose to be rude. Honestly I will never be coming here again.
This place is permanently closed.
The nice lady got me in and out so fast !She was kind and efficient, but she still shouldn’t be working by herself. It’s very dangerous!
Excellent facility, streamlined appointment scheduling and check in, no wait lab work completed, all led by courteous and effective professionals. Also, love the ability to see lab test results online, including trends across the years.
