The staff at the Cadillac, MI office are friendly, helpful and very professional
The online appointments system is not well developed. It “lost” my appointment (I wasn’t able to view it from the Quest website) and required me to make a second (unnecessary) appointment before it would reveal my first was, indeed , “in the system.” Definitely needs some IT work.
