Very rude ppl, didn’t made anything easy.
Great experience! The staff at the front were friendly and professional while Brittany, who did the blood draw, was awesome. Despite being someone who hates needles, I couldn't even feel it. Overall, it was a great experience! ...and Brittany, you rock!!!
This place is pathetic!!!! Absolutely anytime I have to get my labs done through Quest it’s a horrible experience! This location is either ALWAYS CLOSED, CLOSING AT 12 NOON, OR THE BEST ONE YET NOT TAKING WALK-INS! For the waiting room to be as empty as it is, it is CRAZY they are not talking walk-in patients!!!! DO BETTER! THIS LOCATION WAS ONCE NATIONWIDE AND I NEVER HAD SUCH A POOR EXPERIENCE WHEN IT WAS NATIONWIDE! QUEST SUCKS! QUEST IS GHETTO AND DONT CARE PERIOD!
Stopped in today for routine bloodwork with an appointment. Danielle B. was the only one working in the office because they were short staffed. She had to both check in patients and draw their blood as well. She did an amazing job (I didn’t feel a thing) and had a great attitude. Kudos to Danielle. Keep up the great work!
