excellent for me each time. for me, a lab. location closer to Whitman would be ideal, but there's no problem for 1 Pearl or 15 Roche Way either.
Making an appointment on the app is so easy, and then when I get there, I am taking exactly on time. The phlebotomists are all excellent and get all the blood they need with one stick.!! The results are usually ready within a day or two. I love Viewing my results in three different ways

Staff is excellent. They are patient and well-communicative with people on the autism spectrum. I have autism, so these lab technicians were great and they explained everything in a simple manner to me. Also, the kiosk is easy to use and I know that it is an improvement to check-in. I would go back to the 1 Pearl Street lab many times even though I am currently registered with Signature Healthcare for primary care.
