This center was very difficult to find. The signage in the building was non-existent to find suite 200. There were two buildings connected and the GPS directs you to a different building not 1 Pearl Street. I luckily was 20 minutes early for my appointment to allow for walking every floor and hallway in both buildings. I was not able to find suite 200 when the floors were all suite numbers in the 1000s. Very unprofessional. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to keep employees hidden from patients. Not sure if it was Quest Diagnostics idea or the employees. You have an appointment and your only option is to check in at a kiosk. The only time someone speaks to you is if they have an issue reading your insurance or ID. Otherwise the frosted glass window is closed. Meanwhile you can hear employees laughing and chatting it up behind the windows. 30 + mins later and still waiting as I type this review. I have to have blood drawn every 3 months, and each and every time, my whole arm turns black and blue, I kept telling one guy he was hurting me, he kept saying, it's okay, it's okay, what a bruise I had next day, I'll look for another Quest.
