I was at Quest on Quincy Ave. It is attached to a child care school. There is NOT ONE DOOR LABLED QUEST. There was a fellow in the parking lot looking for the door, as I was. I went to the school and asked where the door is, and I was sent to the back of the building. A darkened entrance with no Quest sign was where I was directed. I spoke to a staff member that drew my blood and was told that having a quest sign on the door has been requested MANY MANY times. Many customers say the same thing on their first visit. The phlebotomists were wonderful! Professional and very skilled at painless needle pricks. I don't know if I'd visit this location again as the waiting room was filled with people waiting for drug tests and I felt very uncomfortable.
I didn't have an appointment, but I still waited less than 5 minutes before being called by the lab tech. She (Taylor) was excellent and friendly, and I didn't even feel it when she inserted the needle to draw my blood. Very gentle!
