Small place. SHOULD make appointment. But, walking welcome. Only 1 staff person. Self check in
As always, greeted with a smile and very professional.
My appointment was for 10 am but I wasn’t called in until 10:20 am. Not sure if they were ready mining late or just forgot about me. I almost left as Quest had sent me an email stating that I was late for my appointment and I’d need to reschedule. When a phlebotomist came out, I was able to ask her about my appointment and she told me she’d check on it. A few minutes later, I was called in to have the bloodwork done. I’m disappointed that neither phlebotomist told people in the waiting room that they were running behind.
