Your staff has been excellent. Always friendly, always ask if you're afraid of needles or blood or anything about the process that might make you feel anxious. I've been there 3 times, and all 3 nurses were awesome with the needle, I wouldn't have known they stuck me if I wasn't watching.
I have to get blood work done very often and I am very very bad at it. I always always schedule so I am with the same person and I genuinely don't think I'd be able to keep going and getting my blood work done as regularly as I should if it wasn't for her. She works with me and my anxiety and she knows I always want to see her.
