I was here today in an emergency situation. I did not have an appointment because of course this is an emergency. The lady came out and asked if everyone had an appointment and I said no unfortunately but I just needed a urinalysis in an emergency case. She said well I can’t take you I have 3 people working and all of them have appointments so you have to figure it out. Venipuncturist "Anna" drew my blood on March 20, 2025. She is an exemplary employee, great customer service skills, efficient and she is skilled at drawing blood without causing bruising or hematomas. I highly commend her, and thank her for her good care.

I made an appointment on Quest website & got confirmation. Went to appt 20 min early, received text to check in 10 min prior. Checked in. Went in. Waited. Many ppl came & Went so I checked the kiosk and it said no appointment found for me. Finally saw an employee & asked & she had the nerve to say I was more than 10 min late & have to reschedule.
