I had a very good experience with this place, I am scared when it comes to needles and the technician was very patient and took the time to search a good vein to draw the blood. I made the appointment online and arrived at the place early, checked in and was called right away; overall process was very efficient.
Technician who took my blood was excellent. I can always count on a painless visit when I go to Quest. I have always had good experiences here and as long as you have an appt. the wait time is short.
I am very disappointed in how this lab works. We had a late afternoon appointment for my granddaughter but came in early as a walk-in because it would be too long for her to fast. She's only 11. The people working there were totally indifferent to her situation and even when they had a fifteen minute lull and no one was waiting in the waiting room they still didn't call her in.
