Every time I visit Quest it is VERY busy. I have had good, fair and bad experiences. This time I was so impressed with the system (I made an appointment, checked in to the kiosk, scanned my docs and within 4 minutes was called back). However, this time I have to say the technician/phlebotomist who took care of me was exceptional. Also, her technique was so good I felt nothing! And she took 6 vials of blood! I showed up to my appointment today (which was booked several weeks ago) and arrived to a locked door and sign saying closed for the day. Fasted for 14 hours and drove over an hour for this appointment. Several other people were standing there, one with frozen samples that were scheduled to be dropped off. I understand things happen, but how difficult is it to send out an email letting people know you’ve decided to cancel all appointments for the day last minute. Disgusting business practices.

I was a walk-in appointment for routine blood work. They got me in and out quickly. They were very nice and I didn't even feel the needle. I had a great experience.
Clean, bright lobby and hallways with clear signage. Automated and easy registration. On time and competent test. Clear communication.
