Never had a bad experience with this place. It's super easy to make an appointment via their website. I usually choose appointments in the morning. Check in used to be on screens in their waiting room, now it's even just clicking on a text they send you via text message ("I'm here"). I usually wait around 10-15min. Phlebotomists were always nice so far and capable. They took into consideration where I showed them is a good vein (I'm a nurse and have a chronic disease that needs lots of blood draws). Very clean and very well organized
I had a 12:30 appointment but arrived at 10:20 AM to accommodate my doctor’s request to have the procedure done sooner. Despite my early arrival, I wasn’t called until 12:00 PM, after I had made three inquiries about the delay. The staff appeared disengaged, and I noticed a lack of urgency as the waiting room emptied and refilled with new patients multiple times. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall experience was less than professional. Will avoid coming here in the future.
