We had to bring our Autistic, non-verbal son Joseph here for blood work. One of the nurses there was absolutely horrific, clearly she doesn't work with Autistic children, nor should she ever be allowed to again! However, Melissa was BEYOND AMAZING!!! It wouldn't have been possible to get it done without her, which is the sole reason for my five star review. I had taken a previous appointment so I received a text message asking me to touch one prompt on my arrival. I did. I was called in almost as soon as I walked in. Very smart idea and extremely convenient process.
Absolutely the worst service by medical professionals. Rude staff! I came here twice and had the same nasty staff. Quest need to train their staff better or not hire just anyone. Proper screening needs to be done. Absolutely horrible establishment
The person drawing the blood was outstanding and showed an exceptional amount of patience with people arriving.
