The staff is wonderful and I was able to get taken care of quickly despite the lack of an appointment. Test results were available online the next day.
I have been to Bethel location twice so far, and each time the wait for my scheduled appointment was ~30 minutes. Otherwise, the staff is excellent.

I showed up to this location first thing in the morning, right when they opened. I was choosing the walk in option as I had only found out the night before this Quest was located here. The staff greeted me saying there was no line currently, but were very upset that I decided to walk in. I have no qualms with the work they performed - that was all up to par, but the treatment over a service the offer (walk-in) makes no sense to me.
Christine was excellent, many phlebotomists have a hard time finding the right vein, which often results in multiple sticks and a very unpleasant experience. Christine found it right away, so it was a very quick and easy blood draw. She was extremely friendly also, which helped easy my nerves. Thank you Christine!
