Takes way too long waited over an hour and 1/2
Super easy and efficient appointment at Quest Diagnostics in Bethel CT. Very busy, but well run location. Health technician Donnet was friendly and professional even though she clearly had a heavy workload.
This wait in here is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:00. My name is on the screen at the top. I was here 20 minutes earlier than my appointment and the lady here took 3 people before me who weren’t on the screen. I said “excuse me, my appointment is at 1:00. It’s now 1:20.” She said “I have to go in order” I said “but I’m next on the screen” she said “it’s my order”. Her order is incorrect and she was extremely rude to me. But I need my blood work done, so I am continuing to sit here.
It was the best appointment I ever had at Quest. I made an appointment and got there early. The Phlebotamist took me in as soon as I got there! I didn’t have to wait at all. She was awesome! I had to have a lot of vials filled and she was so patient and well organized. She was so kind and very skilled. I didn’t feel a thing! She also asked how I felt to make sure I was ok. The facility was newly renovated and very clean.
Super easy and efficient appointment at Quest in Bethel CT. I wish I could recall the medical technicians name because she was great!
