Clean new look to Bethel Quest in Big Y Plaza. Very pleasantly greeted when my name was called. Very pleasant and polite to a customer who came in as a walk in, letting them know that they would not have time for them as they need to get the blood packed up to go. The customer was appreciative that they were informed.
Bear with me as this story requires some background. I was diagnosed with a rare illness where one of my many symptoms is severe facial flushing that feels like I'm being burned. I'm in the process of trying to find out what's wrong (hence the bloodwork), but masks seriously aggravate that symptom and can be very painful. (Otherwise, I would've had it on.)
