I had an appointment and still had to wait more than 30 minutes! How were they that far behind when it was still the morning? And the blood draw took roughly 5 minutes. There was no acknowledgement from anyone working there that they were running late, no explanation, no apology, no nothing. Twenty minutes passed in the waiting room where no one was called! I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to recognize Luna at the Quest Diagnostics Berkeley location. I had some issues with my lab order, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, kind, caring, and truly exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone so compassionate and human in healthcare. Quest is very lucky to have her!
