My wait time was very short, the technician was very skilled, courteous and friendly. Check-in is extremely easy with just clicking a text link. Being able to make an appointment for lab test is great.
They’re completely unprofessional and rude. Yelling at patients in the waiting room. It’s hard to trust doctors at a place like this.
Half an hour after my appointment time and I still haven’t been called while stand-bys are worked through. If you value your time, get your blood work done elsewhere.
OMG! The city really needs to shut this location or fire the older foreign lady with long dark grey wavy/curly hair working at this location. I have been going to Labcorp for the past 20 years for bloodwork but today i was told i had to go to a Quest location because my insurance no longer covered Labcorp. Every Labcorp location i have had blood drawn was clean, organized, with little wait times but this location is a nightmare.
