I went to Quest for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by how fast and smooth the experience was. Robin was kind, sweet, and drew my blood in a very professional manner. She was the only staff member there, yet she managed everything efficiently and kept things running smoothly. I waited less than 10 minutes before being called. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

This review is about the Berkeley Center on Regent Street. I did not have an appointment but desperately needed my labs. I checked around 2pm and understand from the kiosk that it would 30m to an hour, with a message, you might have to wait a long time. I was committed and understood. I was 2nd on the walk in list. At 4:15pm I was still there, still # 2. A staff member came out and told the 4 of us waiting that they would not be able to get to all the walk ins. That they might be able to see 1-2 people. I was originally a little nervous about coming here because of some of the bad reviews, but I must’ve gotten lucky because I had a great experience! The technicians were super friendly, efficient, and professional. I arrived around 9:40 a.m. for my 10:00 appointment, and I was already out the door by 10:05. Everything was quick and smooth—maybe I just picked the perfect day!

Very pleasant plebotomist. Somewhat rundown facility. Had to wait 1/2 hour after my appointment.
