Don't even bother trying to do a walk-in here. If you do, plan to come early, and to wait for a couple hours, or more. I tried to do a walk-in once - never again. I have otherwise always made appointments and have been seen within ~15 minutes of my appointment time. The phlebotomists have always been friendly and professional.

Just yesterday March 13, 2026, my underage daughter had an appointment I took her, only two workers but that wasn't the issue. Their was a young latino guy and a mid 20's african american woman. She took my daughter and I to the back just to tell me there was some new rule that my youngest couldn't be seen there, mind you that's the only place I take her for all blood work she denied to do the blood work and told me call your insurance Alameda alliance.
