insanely long wait times, understaffed, inefficient (i waited over 2 hours as a walk in)
Luna is a great phlebotomist. Very welcoming and super quick. Awesome for someone who doesn’t love needles
This is the second day in a row I come in to this centre as a walk in. It’s virtually impossible to get an appointment at any of the east bay quest centres for around 8am so forced to do a walk in. When I get there, there is either nobody or virtually nobody. Still staff faff around and chat to each other and don’t take care of you. The receptionist (person in charge of registration) was very unpleasant, distant, and unhelpful. I ended up dropping off the specimen, and it wasn't processed. My guess is that the "receptionist" felt empowered to make that decision after our unpleasant interaction. Very disappointing, it cost me money, and I never received the test results. I'll do my best never to choose Quest Diagnostics again.
Arrived to staff in a group conversation. No one available to assist with the janky check in kiosk. As usual with Quest locations, an appt is only a guideline. 15 mins before I recd assistance at the kiosk. The woman who assisted was great. She was also the phlebotomist and saved the whole experience. Very disappointing service
