The wait is very long even if you have an appointment and the staff does not care.
This place seems it is really not functioning properly. There is no one helping. You can be there waiting for an hour or two easily and still not get your labs done. Seems super understaffed or in need of new managing.
I’ve been to many Quest Diagnostics locations over the years, but the Berkeley location stands out because of its amazing staff—especially Luna. The main reason I keep choosing this location over others is the people who work here. Luna always welcomes patients with a genuine smile, positive energy, and incredible professionalism.
