Quest customer service and efficiency is excellent!
Fast, efficient service.
I used to go here all the time but my last visit was just horrible. Very inefficient processing and horrible customer treatment. Avoid this place!!!
First of all I had an appointment at 9:30am for a drug test. Didn’t get called back until 10am. Was called back by an extremely rude lady who should not be allowed to work with the public. I requested a basin to take my drug test because I missed the cup somehow last time and another quest location did it with no problem. She told me they are not allowed to do that even though the same company, at another location, let me with no issue.
