It’s in a basement which is perfectly fine except they don’t adequately light the hall stairs leading to it or the office waiting room. There were stains on the carpet and greasy smudges all over the kiosk. This is a medical lab. Please do better. Clean and well lighted isn’t a lot to ask for.
This review is from Faith E. I went to the Bath location for the first time. I was greeted by Shirley. This woman is fantastic! I needed help getting my lab order, and she walked me theough it. Her customer service was like a breath of fresh air. She saved me a lot of frustration and time.
Drug tests are only done 9am-3pm!! This is not listed anywhere and I wasted a drive out there because I arrived 30 minutes past the 3pm deadline & got turned away. The worker everyone is talking about definitely isnt the sweetest, but I get how it can be annoying when Questdiagnostics doesn’t provide communication on times for specific tests, (I’m sure she deals with upset people all day long). I took my daughter here for a drug test for school. She made the appt. online for 3:30. When she arrived they did not have her paperwork or her appt. Finally they found it and then told her they would not do the test because they stop at 3:00 and didn't know why they they allowed to make the appointment. These people were very rude. We tried to explain we are here she cannot request more time off from work. They still refused.
