I scheduled an appointment online before hand, checked in with the app, and was called within three minutes of arrival. Staff was friendly and very skilled. Overall, an excellent experience.
Lady at the front desk was awful. Which is hard to do when your job is to collect urine.
I live 2 hours away in the mountains and came down to town to work and do my blood draw so needed to be a walk in as I wasn’t sure when I could get in exactly. As someone who’s worked in medical 14 years and customer service my entire life, the way these places operate are to be desired and have zero to horrible customer service.
