I didn't have an appointment, and the check-in process was extremely easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The office was very clean, and the tech was very friendly and quickly found my vein. I didn't even feel the needle going in.
I was the only person there when I arrived at 12:15, so I signed in and was first on the walk-in list. Then another man signed up as a walk-in. About 10 minutes later a man with an appointment at 1:10pm came in and advised the attendant he wanted to get his appointment over earlier if possible. She explained she was alone and had an appointment every 10 minutes so she would try to take him earlier. Check in was easy and fast. The phlebotomist was pleasant, a good conversationalist, fast and pain free. I was done and back in the parking lot at 7:29 for a 7:30 appt!
