I visited Quest Diagnostics without an appointment, and even though they were about to close, two wonderful employees, Thuy and Rosa, still took the time to assist me. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help—despite the late hour—made a huge difference. Thank you so much !
I had an appointment today at Quest in Ashburn and it was great. The young woman who drew my blood in room #1 was kind and gentle and a I barely felt a thing. My appointment time was 9:30 and I wasn’t seen until about 9:45 but that’s fairly normal in most medical settings these days. The email confirmation instructions were clear on what to expect upon arrival so I knew I’d be signing myself in with the QR code and my drivers license so there were no surprises there. Came to this location as a walk-in with a printed order. Been waiting for over an hour and not even checked in. No one at the front desk and staff moves so slowly. Would not recommend you come to this location, so useless might as well close this location. Do better quest.
Horrible staff, horrible management, and the most pathetic team works here, PERIOD!
