Staff is rude and disrespectful. I can’t stand medical facilities like these.
Each step was easy and fairly easy to follow. I think Google maps was the hardest part of this, lol. The lab tech was awesome got in on the first stick. She was very nice and made me feel welcome and at ease.
This place is not organized. There is no value for appointment.
This location is not good to go to if you are withholding medication or on time constraints. I'm withholding lifesaving meds and still waiting but my appointment was 40 minutes ago. It appears they are short staffed and working slowly between patients. The waiting room is packed with people who have been waiting a long time. They're at a rate of calling a new guest in every 30 minutes
This is my experience in Quest, Ashburn location. The lady phlebotomist was very nice and patient and best of all, had a very good hand for drawing blood However, Quest systems are a mess as far as finding lab orders. Never, and I mean never have I had a visit where they find the order or know what labs to draw.
