The worst customer service ever, the staff lady who served me was didn’t have a name batch where I could see it but for identification she was black and with large lashes, she discriminated against me and judged me. I was in for a drug test, a routine procedure for new hires. She treated me like a criminal, I don’t think its fair to treat anyone with disrespect as it speaks volumes about you and not the person. Had an appointment at 10:10 and was seen shortly after arriving. My technician Latisha was kind, professional, and efficient.
This place is so gross. They don’t let anyone wash their hands after the urine drug test and then make everyone touch the same pen.
