Latoya saw me right away and was both friendly and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and when it came time to draw my blood, I didn’t feel a thing, she was finished in just a few minutes. I specifically choose this location because of Latoya, and she never disappoints.
I was directed here by another location where the system was down. I did a walk in but did not wait more than 20 min. All the staff were bright and happy. They got my blood so fast and painless. I will come back here going forward.
I’ve been to multiple Quest Diagnostic locations, and this location is by far the best. The staff is professional, and I never waited long to be seen with or without an appointment. What more can you ask for?
everyone at this location was so helpful, they had a packed lobby due to another location being closed, and they got us all in really fast with great customer service, I’m sure they were tired, but you couldn’t tell! They were very understanding, welcoming, as well as answered any questions that we had!
Great experience here. I arrived and they called me back within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Donaye and Mechele helped me through my appt and drew my blood. They had great customer service and were super helpful! They had such great personalities and made me feel at ease for my test. Thank you Donaye and Mechele for making the experience so smooth!
