Julie is your "rep". Won't answer phone, rude when she does. Questionable business practices. Fax Number didn't work. Scary to think I almost walked into their place. Called Mass General instead.
Train your employees with manners and compassion! especially if they are dealing with patients. The one on Pleasant street in North Andover- I hope I never step foot in again.
