Horrible Lady working there named Lauren. I never write reviews, but I hade too. I asked her a question she pretty much ignored me and rolled her eyes at me, while closing the door. I would never get my blood drawn from someone who’s is so angry and rude. Lauren really needs to find another line of work. Definitely not working with humans. What happened to customer service just being polite and courteous?
Do not waste time to walk in to other branches. You will waste your whole day.
I wish I had read the reviews before driving to this location. I have to agree, horrible service, not to mention the staff members in particular ( Lauren and Steve) on how inconsiderate they were knowing that their nearby location was closed and patients with appointments to that location needed to be served on that day (August 18, 2025) The female staff member who claimed her name to be Lauren notified Steve or Steven in front of me that she was no longer going to take walk ins and it was at 2:59 pm right in front of me as ... read more
The saw me right on time and the tech was great with the blood draw!
The worst blood draw I’ve ever had. The phlebotomist at Station #3 on the morning of August 15, 2025 hit my nerve while drawing my blood, causing shooting, searing pain down my arm to my wrist. When I moved involuntarily in response, she went “No no no don’t move.” When I responded that I felt like my arm was actively burning from the inside, she exasperatedly asked if I “wanted” her to remove the needle—as if I knew what the standard of care was for this type of situation.
