Poor unfriendly service!! I'm a chemo patient, for the amount of pokes I have to get each month, I asked them for a smaller needle, it was rudely denied for whatever the excuse was. And always poking at the same exact place so my skin doesn't heal. Thanks Laurencia! You're a good nurse!! Go to rancho location, they are more professional and friendlier.
Just came here for the blood lab work, Lauren (sorry if misspelled) did a wonderful job - she was very professional and friendly :) from getting inside to leaving it took less than 10 minutes! I live in Pasadena but it's worth the drive and there's plentyyy of parking. FYI I went at 2:30 pm on a Thursday. 5 stars all around!
Very efficient and smooth operation; capable staff!
I had twice drawing blood by the red-hair nurse (see the other review). She could not find my vein multiple times. She poking the needles around my skin and questioning I must not drinking enough water and blame me for the cause of why she could not draw the blood. It caused big bruise both times. Quest needs to fire this nurse immediately. Quest need to establish a feedback mechanism and evaluate the skills of each nurse periodically.
The process from making an appointment to checking in to getting my blood drawn was so easy and fast. Only talked to the person who worked with me she was very friendly and professional. I was in and out of the office in 5-10 mins great experience.
