No appointment made. Just signed in and before my seat even got warm I was called back. Quick and easy. Phlebotomist was pleasant. After getting a bill and paying on line then Quest still saying I owed them made me return to lower my score to them. The Quest site is very prompt and professional but their billing records is very poor. It looks like they are trying to get customers to pay twice. The younge lady that drew blood was very kind and patient. She went above and beyond allowing one of the two Dr that had orders send in the prescription. She assisted in getting them forwarded with the Dr office. I had to have over 12 vials of blood drawn. She took her time to find a good vein and did it with one poke. I cannot say enough words on how grateful I am that you’ve employed such a professional. Thank you
Once I checked in, I waited no more than 1 minute, loved it. Customer service was amazing!
Always clean and techs are friendly. Never had an issue except for appointments. Made a blood work appointment. 9:10. Got here early to get in early if possible. People come in as standbys behind me with no appointments. Get in before me. Makes no sense.
