I had the worst possible experience at this Quest. I had a 10:45 appointment. I checked in on my phone outside at 10:40, I waited outside as instructed until I received a text at 11:05 stating they were ready for me. So it’s already 20 Minutes late when I enter. I have been told to sit down and wait. 4 people in the small waiting room. Time goes by and NO ONE IS AT FRONT DESK.
