I’m always pleased with my experiences at Quest Diagnostics. They consistently deliver convenient, reliable service every time.
Sadly, this was the most disorganized, misinformed Quest location I have ever been to. I am only giving it a 3, instead of a zero, because the people who actually drew my blood were very kind and professional. However, the staff was completely in the dark and basically just guessing about what this location could do, would do, with my order for a blood smear. I recently visited your location with my sister, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Upon arriving as a walk-in, we understood there might be a wait — which we were prepared for. However, we noticed that several other walk-in clients who arrived after us were seen before my sister, which was frustrating and confusing.
