Easy, in and out without apt in 20 mins
They have a phlebotomist here who doesn't know how to work the scale, asks the patient for their own weight and height, and takes blood pressure with the patient standing up. I'm not even including all of the weirdness. Blasting Eric Clapton songs at the end while he finishes the paperwork. Not knowing whether to use pounds or kilograms in addition to not knowing how to use the scale. I honestly thought I was on candid camera.
Absolutely outstanding service which exceeded my expectations. Best technician I've ever encountered at Quest. No disappointments here.
