This was the worst I have ever been treated at a business. The phlebotomist and supervisor were unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I’m shocked at how terrible this experience was for me. I’m disappointed in Quest and these two employees.
I arrived at 7:30am for my 7:40am appointment. I had still not been seen at 8:30am (50 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and had to leave for work.
I was called back at exactly my appointment time and the phlebotomist was extremely kind and efficient! Great spot!
Unprofessional Disrespect, System Failure, and Total Disregard for Patients I paid in advance for a service that apparently didn't exist in their system. After fasting for 15 hours and waking up early expecting to get my urgent blood work done, I arrived only to be met by a nurse who rudely asked me: "What are you even doing here?" This place is just awful! I arrived before 10 am and came as a walk-in, there was only two other people ahead of me at the time. I waited almost two hours and between 10:30-11:10 no one was in here, and they didn’t come out until the next appointment arrived at 11:10. Now I’m in here waiting still to be serviced, but they had no customers for about 40 minutes and still didn’t pull me back.
