Even to drop specimens off you need an appointment. The staff here have the worst attitudes. I don’t understand why I would need an appointment to drop something off. It literally takes minutes to receive the specimen. I can’t get an appointment until late next week so I must completely start over. It was a waste of time, gas and money! Gas is so expensive. Weird, dystopian office with no receptionist / employee to talk to.
Clean facility. No waiting time. Easy check-in. Skilled and professional phlebotomist.
Don’t even bother making an appointment, they’ll make you wait for an hour regardless.
