Pros: clean waiting room and easy parking, cons: they do not run on time. I tried to walk in and got there when they opened, prepared for a long wait. When I got there, the three people for the first appointment slot were also arriving. But I was surprised that for the 8:10 appointment slot they did not call those people back until 8:15, 8:17 and 8:18. I had a 9:50 appointment. It’s 10:30 and I still haven’t been called in. These appointment times are so poorly managed it’s insane. I probably have to leave and not complete the appointment. Very disappointed in the time management abilities of the admins here. I came on a Wednesday morning, August 19th.
trying to fit too many appointments into a timeframe that does not work.3 very helpful employees for each appointment session while you are making 4 appointments every 10 minutes is insanity. By the time 3 hours have passed the appointments are 40 minutes behind. having no way to help walk ins is deplorable. doctors send patients to pickup take home items yet they are supposed to wait on the waitlist to get something with they never will be able to. I had an appointment for a blood test and still waited over an hour. Unacceptable service.
Appointment and check-in process is seamless. The Staff was professional and skilled. Totally satisfied with this facility.
