Location Quest Walmart Casselberry. The staff was very nice and kind specially Mallone and Jaffery. Will be coming back for any future lab appointments.
I've had good and bad experiences in the past with blood tests. This experience was by far the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Jeff and Cori were PHENOMENAL!! I arrived a little early and got in a little early. Jeff and Cori were professional, warm and friendly. They took all the steps to confirm I was me and that my labels got on my samples. When Cori found the vein, and stuck in the needle, my comment was, "Aren't I supposed to feel something?" It was so smooth and perfectly placed and the three samples were done quickly. My appointment was at 7:30 am and I walked in at 7:30 am, checked in in my phone as I opened the door and was back in the bloodwork chair at 7:31 am. Alex was kind, knowledgeable and quick - no pain or bruise after. He even went the extra mile and took my BP because I had a high reading at an appointment earlier this week and was concerned. I am grateful to have an efficient lab so close to home.
My Southern friend was amazing and went above and beyond—not only for me, but also for his coworkers. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and exceptional service truly stood out. Thank you for making such a great impression!
