I’m not sure why I go to different quest labs and some do swabs and urine and some don't its a bit frustrating
It was pleasant ONLY THING put a sign out front somewhere or add to GPS inside hospital. I didn't even know you had a location in Baylor. I was scheduled for Casa Linda area.Took me forever to find it... I think its a more professional place better than the other one. Its in Baylor by the valet . I didn't have to wait long and it was clean. They do get their appointments in first which is awesome. I have no complaints.
My phlebotomist Technician, Kierra (apologize if misspelled her name) was professional and extremely helpful. I had some lab work done and her 13+ years of experience really shows when following the procedures and protocols to ensure everything is safe for all. I was received within 2 minutes of my arrival. Recommended checking-in online and placing your insurance information prior so you can become more efficient. -Blairs Floral
I don’t usually take the time to give a review but I just had such a bad experience that if I help only 1 person to not go to this place it is worth it. I prepaid for my blood work and brought my receipt and lab request from my doctor to the appt. First of all there is no self parking, valet only so figure that into your cost.
