Staff told me that theywere understaffed. Only 2 people working and waiting room had 8 people in it. Multiple people were passing out. Waited for 45 minutes past my appt time. Waiting room had an incessant repeating set of propaganda from Quest about STDs - please shut that crap off! The self check in was very hard for elderly people to use and I had to help them navigate it. You are running way too lean!
Understaffed and very slow. Hour wait in the lobby despite having an appointment. And the videos they show on repeat about STDs are enough to drive you insane.
This QuestLab is close, can’t believe they still let you make an appointment! Waste of time.
I was greeted by a gracious technician upon arrival and waited less than a minute.
