Trupti from the Columbia office was excellent! She gave me an awesome experience on 3/30/26.
The online scheduler is easy to follow, it was easy to get the appointment and it made the wait very short . The person that took care of me was very proffesional and kind and made my experience great. Her patience and care was 100% and on point.
The technician and phlebotomist were both amazing! The were extremely efficient, polite and professional! The blood draw was quick and painless! 10 gold stars to both of them!
Quest is consistently professional and quick. The staff really makes getting lab as painless (physically and metaphorically) as possible.
