Quest Labs has a policy of not taking secondary insurance. Seniors on Medicare pay a lot of money for secondary insurance. Quest Labs policy of refusing to put through a secondary insurance before taking bloodwork is unfair. It requires Medicare patients to incur the hassle of getting a refund from secondary insurance and to put a costly pending charge on their credit cards. Seniors on Medicare with secondary insurance should not be treated this way. Will not return and will warn other seniors of this policy.

I had a great experience at Quest for my blood work. Making an appointment made the process quick and easy, with no waiting. The location was not crowded, and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience. Highly recommend making an appointment!
I always have great experiences when I come get my bloodwork at the Roslyn location. Most recently, I was here to get work immunizations, but I didn’t have the correct Rx on file so Erika and Kirstin helped divert an impending crisis by walking me through the steps to correct it. They saved me from having to make another trip back to Quest. I was in and out in 10 min. Thank you, ladies!
I was 12 minutes late and they wouldn’t let me sign in. There automatic scheduling system wouldn’t let me reschedule. Also, the system wouldn’t let me record Medicare as my primary insurance. I left and went to Labcorp where I could walk right in. I’ll never go to Quest again.
