The 2 employees that helped us were outstanding. My son has autism and they were caring, compassionate and excellent at their jobs.
I have been to this location for blood work 4 times, 3 of the 4 times have been bad experiences. The most recent visit (which will be the last time I ever go) the tech was extremely unprofessional airing her personal issues to me and speaking bad about the practice. During my blood draw the flow stopped mid draw, she then had to go to my other arm and couldn't find the vein. I had to call it quits mid way through and was unable to complete my bloodwork. The Quest Diagnostics I visited was nearby clean and neat. It was very easy to reserve a day and time slot for the test. Most importantly the nurse who drew my sample was friendly, respectful, and very proficient at drawing my blood which is no easy thing to do
Clinical assistants/patient services staff said "Common sense isn't so common. You would not believe the dumb questions these people ask me" about their patients loudly while joking around with other staff, among other things. Took a call from their grandpa while speaking with a patient, not very professional or private in terms of HIPAA. They also went into the waiting room with other patients to loudly ask if I was ready for my urine sample, which again does not seem HIPAA appropriate or at the very least considerate.
