I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. Unlike other labs, such as Northwell or Labcorp, they are unable to handle walk-in patients properly. They only take scheduled appointments, even when there is no one waiting, and they don't make any effort to accommodate walk-ins. If you don't have an appointment, don't expect to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. If you need flexibility or plan to walk in for lab work, I recommend going elsewhere. I arrived at 659am and they called the first pt at 710am.

The Roslyn (V6S) QUEST site is the one I always go to for testing services and for good reason. Well run facility! Erika, the phlebotomist who administered my tests, was excellent. I have been to the location in Roslyn/Northern Blvd many times with no issues. But the last two visits, I had Erica S and both times the procedure was quite painful and I bruised badly. Between visits, I had bloodwork done at my doctor’s office with absolutely no issues. I was quite wary when I realized it was Erica again at my most recent visit; I politely explained to her that my last visit was painful and bruising, she merely responded with - “accidents happen” - no apology.
