I hadn't gone to a Quest location in years because the environment was so chaotic. That wasn't my experience. My Tech was wonderful!
Quest at JAX BWACH, FL was great in every way, appt was promp, kind, painless with no bruising,
The facility was newly redecorated. Very clean and comfortable. The technician who took my blood was very professional and ,most importantly, I didn't feel a thing when the needle was inserted in my arm.
Very good experience. I think Quest has changed a lot from what it was before. Thank You!
