I have already called customer service about my visit, but have yet to receive any follow-up. I went to Quest for my yearly biometric screening for my employer provided insurance. Typically, this screening involves a blood draw, a blood pressure reading, and a measure of waist circumference. My experience wasn't the same as last time. It was smooth and on time, but I bruised more than usual/hurt, and she didn't tape around the arm as before, just light tape across a piece of gauge. As a result, blood started running down my arm before I was out the door. I stopped, and the person by the door cleaned me up, but then only put a bandage on it. In the past, I have not had this issue because it was wrapped and told to leave it on for 15 minutes.
