I went into Quest Diagnostics for a full round of lab work, and my veins decided not to cooperate. It could have easily turned into a rough time, but Mary handled it with so much patience and calm. She kept talking to me, stayed kind throughout, and never made me feel like a problem. You can tell she cares about what she's doing. She made the whole thing as easy as it could have been.
Communication is expected and respected. The facility I went to seem to be running 25 minutes behind. You have contact information for all appointments yet no information was sent out to inform patients of the delay. I ended up late for another appointment that day. READ BEFORE YOU GO. Quest diagnostics 4500 E 9th Ave #160, Denver, CO 80220. This location is inside Rose medical center. This building is CLOSED on the weekend. You must enter by going into the emergency room across the street, taking the elevator up and entering the building using the sky bridge to cross back across the street. The front door to the building that this location was inside was LOCKED. Most customers had to beat on the front enter until a security guard came.
