We love this location, very efficient, staff is professional and friendly. They know my daughter’s name when she comes in and Darrell gives her fist bumps which she loves. This location is a game changer for me as I no longer have to beg my child to go to her weekly blood draws.

I came to this quest location because they had the earliest opening for lab work. I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, and entered the small, cramped waiting room that was packed with people. Checked in through the kiosk, and waited for the appointment in the lobby with a confirmation that I would receive a text when it was time for the appointment. Very frustrating experience this time. I had a 7:50 AM appointment and arrived early, but the Quest suite was still locked. A phlebotomist eventually arrived around 8:10, but despite at least seven patients waiting in the hallway, she simply unlocked the door and walked in without telling anyone that the office was now open. Another phlebotomist arrived a few minutes later, seemingly unaware that patients had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Once inside, the process moved extremely slowly.
