I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. Ron helped me and he was incredibly friendly and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend this location
It’s been 9 days since I had some simple labs drawn. The app says they were received, obviously. I cannot contact a person. I have messaged and it says a blanket response basically you’ll get them when you get them. A friend had the same labs drawn at her doctor’s office and received them back in a couple days. I am very disappointed. It’s never taken this long to get labs back from Qwest. I’m not sure if it’s the location that takes so long or something else. I will go to a different quest. Not even a star!! There was no people in the lobby and I sat there not called on for over an hour and a half. Can’t belive staff will chat in the back instead of being attentive on patient flow.!
I waited an hour for my "appointment" even though I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment time. Then, once I finally got to the phlebotomist's chair, the first person too 10 minutes just to print the labels and find the vials. Then another 15 minutes looking for a vein, exploding a vein in my hand, and then calling a coworker, who also poked me twice, and then sent me away with no bloodwork done, just a wasted 2 hours of nonsense while fasting.
