Phlebotomist was excellent. Great customer service skills, efficient and very pleasant
I really loved the check-in kiosks and specifically the express check-in process. You just use your license or ID and insurance card and have the kiosk scan them. No typing required. I arrived on-time and was taken in within 2 minutes of checking in.
