Do not go to Quest if your doctor needs the results within a month. It has been over a week since I went to Quest in Hampton and they still do not have the results for a simple PSA. Doctors office tried to call number for Quest and the number is no longer in service. Tried calling local number and no longer in service. Quest is evidently in financial trouble and on the verge of closing or bankruptcy. I used to use Quest for all my lab when I lived in Prince George area but will no longer trust them.
So far coming here has been one of the best experiences getting blood drawn. I have to go every 3-6 months, Fawn was professional, kind and gentle. Will most definitely be back
Extremely rude. Nasty and disrespectful lady when I arrived.
Plenty of parking, easy to locate. Friendly and professional staff got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! (Had to wait for my doc’s office to fax the lab order over…it was sent to incorrect location.) Fawn took my blood sample, and I didn’t even feel it. Would definitely recommend this location.
