While I was waiting for over an hour to be called, I knocked on the door to express my concern, knowing that lunch was approaching soon. The phlebotomist informed me that they were short-staffed and might have to work through lunch, which I accepted. It was quick process and everyone was nice.
The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. No wait time I accompanied my husband and not even a min after signing in he was called. Tee was so awesome 1st time he said he never felt the needle.
