First of all, the staff is wonderful. The poor rating is the computer system. By far, the worst and slowest system I have ever seen. I have a standing order every month. You would think it would be an easy in and out, but it never is. It's varies from 40 minutes to 2 hours of waiting and that's with an appointment! This is unacceptable. Labcorp is better and faster but my doctor unfortunately prefers Quest.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT JUST WALK IN. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT WALK IN. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, COME IN 10 MINS EARLY, REGIAND EXPECT THE WHOLE THING TO BE OVER IN ABOUT 2-3 HOURS. If you make plans for a 2-3 hour appointment, you will not be disappointed if it only took an hour. 😀 Not the workers' fault, 'cause there's only one at the desk and one doing the bloodwork in the back... and A MILLION PEOPLE WAITING.😬

Mary is Awesome! I Drive 30 minutes to use this lab over my doctors office preferred lab. I set an appointment and didn't have to wait. I am a hard stick but Mary only had to stick and found my vein right off, no searching. My information was verified and Mary was so kind and professional. I highly recommend this lab.

We had a great experience with the friendly phlebotomist, Mary. She greeted us, explained the whole process, and was so skilled we didn't feel any pain. She also gave us good restaurant recommendations. We are grateful and will return if we need more labs. Thanks Mary!
