Glad I made the decision to drive further (from Weymouth) for a better-rated Quest lab. Check-in on the kiosk was quick and easy. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a blood type test in addition to my provider-ordered urine test, and Luz was helpful in directing me to the website for purchase. Definitely make an appointment online prior ro visit. 10 our of 10 I would recommend. They were so fast, gentle and personable.
The sign in process for walk-Ins was helpful. But the placement of the sign-in tablet should be moved from the back of the waiting area to the entrance of the office. The staff was professional, kind and efficient.
I don’t know why this place a 4.7?, that’s ridiculous because my first impression was no friendly welcoming, it’s like your bothering them🤷♂️
I've always had a great experience at this Quest location. The personel have always been cordial and most worthy to do their assignments.
