It was great, I take the first appointment slot of the day and it is such a quick visit. I love that it opens so early so I can get it done before work. The staff is really nice.
Went in early in the morning there was no wait. The staff member were nice. The location is small but they move very fast. Will be going there from now on.
Quest has gotten very good at improving it's locations, branding and cleanliness of each center. The staff are always friendly, which is comforting knowing not everyone is especially excited about blood tests. Also the app and online functions are easy, seamless and very functionable.
For the love of God please avoid this place. Go anywhere else if you value your time and veins. I get to my appointment early and they have THE tiniest waiting area I’ve ever witnessed. So naturally I wait outside because there’s not a place to even stand, it’s so packed. I’m waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time and I can see the lady say a name and go back in without anyone so I wait for her to come back out to the waiting room and I peek my head in to ask if she called for my name and she said yes. Even though the waiting room is small, and they do not have soap or paper towels in the bathroom, they still get 5 stars. Sheila is the best and i enjoy seeing her every time i visit.
