She didn’t apply pressure and after telling her my experience with a previous phlebotomist at another location. She proceeded to poke me bandaged up and sent on my way. No empathy this pic was taken today but it was much worse with pain and severe swelling a few days ago. She sucked!!!
Rachel is best phlebotomist, waiting chairs are painful if you are disabled.
