Extremely professional and competent service
Though the phlebotomist we had was kind and efficient, unfortunately she didn't tell us that we would need to check in all over again to bring back/drop off urine (as my daughter was unable to go while we were there). We went to another location the following day and were told that we have to check in and wait with about 50 people to be called in to give the urine that we brought in the specimen cup. A bit ridiculous to not have a drop box or a better system/be able to cut the line to just drop it off.
