I had an excellent experience at this Quest location. I had a 1:10 PM appointment and Daneel called me in at exactly 1:10. He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and made the entire blood draw completely painless. I barely even felt the needle, and afterward you could hardly see where it had been inserted. Neel was absolutely wonderful! He was organized, efficient, and made the entire process quick and easy. I have very small veins, and he managed to draw my blood without any pain or bruising, which I truly appreciated. He was personable, friendly, attentive, and took great pride in making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, this was a miserable experience. I had FOUR different people draw my blood during my 3-hour glucose test, and the inconsistency made an already difficult test so much more stressful. The first tech forgot to draw my fasting blood before I started drinking the 100g glucose drink, so she had to stop me while I was drinking it to draw my blood. The second tech was absolutely wonderful! She distracted me, was gentle, and I barely even felt the needle. I really wish she could have done all of my blood draws. The th... read more
