Easy check in and not a long wait time. Very nice and pleasant technicians. Clean lab.
I had an appointment which made it a very smooth process from start to finish. I was able to check in on arrival from a link sent to my phone and they called my name as I walked into the clinic. The technician did a great job, and I was on my way within minutes of arrival. Excellent experience!
Your protocol to drop off samples is outrages. I took my 7 yr old son for blood work and I knew we had to wait for our initial appointment (waited about 40 min to be called in) I was then told I had to make another appointment to drop off sample, which I did. Unfortunately my husband arrived 10 min later to the appointment and no one would take the sample. requested to speak to the supervisor and she was not helpful AT ALL.
