The Experience could not have been better. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, checked in by mobile phone 10 minutes prior to appointment, into the lab 5 minutes early. Jasper the phlebotomist performed an ideal stick. He drew the blood cleanly and I was out of the lab in less than 10 minutes.

Great experience here!! Very kind staff, booked 7am morning appointment then grocery shopping after. Efficient! Tucked in the back by the pharmacy.

Arrived on time for my 7:20 appt and at 7:55 I finally had to bail because I couldn’t wait anymore. So I was late to work and had to reschedule and there weren’t any times available until a month later. I am absolutely furious. This isn’t my first bad experience at this Quest. They are often running way behind and some of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, leading me to worry about the accuracy of my labs.

The phlebotomist poked me multiple times and couldn't find a vein. After he had given up, he said I would need to go to another place with someone more experienced. Unbelievable! I asked him how long he has been doing this for, and he said four months. Apparently only one person works at the Menlo Park location, and only occasionally they provide a mentor. tdlr; don't go here.
