Awful service. Please avoid this location. I would also suggest that Quest Diagnostics remove the “walk-in” option from this site listing because, in practice, it does not appear to exist. During the hour we were waiting, none of the walk-in patients were accepted. Never come here as a walk-in. I couldn’t find an appointment available and it said walk-in’s were an options so I decided to try it. At check-in they said 30-60 minutes. I waited for 2 hours and they still couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be.

Terrible joke place, nothing to help first timers don't know what to do. No one there, sat there long time, looks like appointments only, they need put up sign says appointments only because you will not see anyone, only someone comes out call your name and closes the door, no one there to help you or first timers.

I did a walk-in; the phlebotomist was pleasant, and cautioned me that he had an appointment scheduled in 10 minutes, so if I was not checked in within a few minutes, my wait would be 30-40 minutes. I had no problem checking in at the kiosk. I had already scheduled an appointment, but first available was 3 weeks out. I followed reviews that suggested to arrive at 7 when Quest in Safeway opens, and it worked for me. When I left, at 7:10 or so, there were 2 people in the waiting room.
