Only lab I will go too. Never, ever have had a bad experience. It can be a full house or only 1 or 2 patients and always the same.Only place I go. Technicians are always so friendly and professional.
Today April 16, 2026 the lady who took my blood work had to be on her phone on a personal call, while she was preparing my tubes for collecting the blood. She was rude in the beginning when I asked her which room I was to be in. Advice to the young woman, your in the medical profession with a unprofessional attitude! Change your attitude and put your cell phone away!
When we went in it was my daughters first experience even being pricked with a needle. The woman who took care of us was so sweet, so professional, and took extra care making sure that my daughter was comfortable and well cared for. She even had another woman come in to assist which made the process simple and worry free for my daughter and I. We greatly appreciate all of their care and efforts to make my daughters first experience having blood drawn be a positive non traumatic experience. Thank you to both ladies. 😊
