Excellent Service at every level
I set my appointment up through the online portal/site. It was easy. When I got to the facility I got a text to check in. I selected that option, and then went inside. Within 10min I was called back. My doctor had already sent my paperwork to Quest, so they had it all ready to pull up. I did however wear a mask. Karen was my blood drawer. She was polite, understanding, thorough, and knowledgable of the system. It was greatly appreciated.
The techs were AMAZING! I had to bring my special needs son with me and they were so nice to him!
Fast convenient, best advice I can give is make an appointment for this location. Super nice staff.
I have been to other locations and wasnt a fan but this location (Cypress inside of Memorial building)was fast and the lab was sooooo friendly!! Will go to this location for now on.
