I was able to schedule my appointment & provide my insurance information online. I think that is the first step to a positive experience with Quest. The morning of the appointment I arrived to a room full of people in the waiting room so I was concerned it might be a long wait but I checked in using a text I received and was taken right at the time of my appointment.
